It consists of a powerful driving mechanism, abrasive belt tensioning mechanism, contact wheel, bracket, caster, abrasive belt, push rod, etc. The motor directly transmits power to the driving wheel, drives the abrasive belt to rotate at high speed, and tightens the abrasive belt through the tensioning mechanism, and uses the abrasive belt and workpiece for grinding. There are grinding depth adjustment devices on both sides of the contact wheel to limit the grinding depth to ensure that the weld can be ground flat without damaging the material.
