Mechanical structure and description
The machine is mainly composed of a frame and platform, a grinding head mechanism, a grinding head vibration mechanism, a grinding head horizontal swing mechanism, a grinding head longitudinal conveying mechanism, a pneumatic mechanism and an electrical control mechanism.
Machine frame and platform:
The main function of the frame is to support the entire grinding head,place and position the workpiece, which is mainly made of steel plates and profiles, and the surface is processed by a milling machine after welding.
Grinding head mechanism:
The function of the grinding head is to support the scotch brite wheel and drive the wheels to rotate at a high speed to grind the workpiece. The power of the grinding head motor is to directly drive the scotch brite wheel through the spindle to rotate and grind the workpiece at high speed.
